The delivery context
At S4D Consulting, I lead technical delivery across data engineering, generative AI, and deployment operations for analytical applications supporting a pharmaceutical-intelligence initiative in Rwanda.
The work sits where data, AI capability, and dependable technical delivery meet. It is not treated as a one-off build: each workstream needs to support the wider application and the people who will work with it.
My role
I lead the data-engineering, generative-AI, and DevOps workstreams, coordinate a small engineering team, and collaborate with institutional stakeholders. My role connects the technical direction of the work with the practical delivery needed for analytical applications.

Data engineering
Leading data-engineering work that supports analytical applications and the reliable use of their underlying information.
Generative AI
Leading the generative-AI workstream, with attention to use cases that are appropriate for the analytical context rather than treating AI as a standalone feature.
Deployment operations
Leading the deployment-operations workstream so that technical delivery remains connected to how applications are introduced, supported, and maintained.
How the work comes together
The three workstreams are closely connected: useful analytical applications depend on dependable data; generative-AI components need to fit a clear use case; and both need practical operational foundations. Treating those concerns together helps keep technical choices aligned with the delivery context.

The initiative is in progress. This case study describes the scope of my role and current engineering focus only. It does not disclose client data, internal systems, implementation detail, or outcome claims.
